Andrew Vickerstaff is a Solicitor-Advocate and CMC Accredited Mediator.

Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 2005 before obtaining Higher rights of Audience and becoming a Solicitor-Advocate in 2007.  He has more than 19 years experience of mediation, including complex cross-border disputes successfully resolved through mediation.

As a lawyer, Andrew has worked for both national and regional law firms.
Between 2012 and 2023 Andrew worked in-house gaining experience in industry at General Counsel/Head of Legal level. He utilises this experience to help parties focus on the underlying key commercial issues.

Andrew is unusual in that during the course of his career he has had the opportunity to experience mediation from the perspective of  client, legal advisor to the client and mediator. Having had experience of all three roles in mediation, he is well placed to assist the parties in seeking to reach a commercial resolution.
